Objectives To promote the feeder industry as an efficient and reliable water route service with Hong Kong as a bridge between China and world markets as well as an international hub for the Region. To co-operate with strategic logistic partners, shipping carriers, terminal operators in Hong Kong and HKSAR government to improve the commercial and operational conditions for the logistic industry in Hong Kong. To enhance relationship with strategic logistic partners and Chinese official units through regular communications for better understanding and improvement to the logistic industry at large. To promote a fair trade environment by developing codes of practices and standards for members as professional service providers. 推廣本港的內河船運成為有效及可靠的水上運輸服務，使香港成為珠三角區內的國際運輸樞紐，及成為中國內地與世界市場的橋樑。 與香港物流業界各策略性物流夥伴包括船公司，碼頭營運商及特別行政區政府相互配合，改善業界的經營環境。 通過定期的溝通，促進業界各策略性物流夥伴間關係，令物流業界總體得益。 推廣公平貿易環境，發展及訂定通用的實務守則及營運標準，使會員成為專業服務的提供者。
